Good quality luminous pigment for watch dials and hands.
Supplied with one tube of PVA clear matte binder.
Please note as the pigment is a very fine powder the contents may clump into the cold and require crushing with a mortar and pestle or similar before use.
It is advisable to first activate the pigment you are going to use with a strong light source, add the binder and then mix in a darkened room to ensure that the mixture is even.
A 50:50 ratio is a good place to start and then adjust from there. The binder dries clear and with a matte finish.
